Job Overview
We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join Ekon Technologies And Security Solutions Private Limited, based in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. This role focuses on overseeing and executing RCC and general civil site activities, ensuring precise reinforcement, shuttering, and material management, along with maintaining quality controls and supervising labor.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute reinforced cement concrete and general civil construction site activities.
- Manage reinforcement detailing and shuttering processes effectively.
- Calculate quantities and materials required to complete projects accurately.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), measurements, and manage billing documentation.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel for project planning and documentation.
- Supervise labor and contractor teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Track and report daily site progress and uphold rigorous quality control standards.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in RCC and civil site execution techniques.
- Expertise in reinforcement detailing and shuttering methods.
- Strong skills in quantity calculation, material estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Experience with measurement and billing protocols.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software and MS Excel spreadsheets.
- Capable of managing teams including laborers and contractors effectively.
- Ability to monitor daily progress and enforce quality control on construction sites.
