Join Beca’s Southern Infrastructure team as an experienced Civil Engineer ready to make an immediate impact and advance your career in a meaningful, long-term role. This position offers involvement with diverse civil infrastructure projects spanning New Zealand, Australia, and the Asia Pacific region within a collaborative and supportive environment.

You'll engage in multiple facets of project work including design coordination, construction support, client communication, and project delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and experienced engineers, taking accountability for your contributions and fostering strong client relationships. Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to complex civil infrastructure projects across various sectors.
  • Develop and apply expertise in design, coordination, construction support, and client engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a civil engineering degree with 6 to over 12 years of relevant experience in consulting, construction, or infrastructure delivery.
  • Experienced in sectors such as site development, stormwater management, three waters, and general civil design.
  • Demonstrates pride in producing high-quality work, is motivated, proactive, and takes initiative.
  • Communicates effectively and works well within teams.
  • Responsive to feedback and committed to continuous performance improvement.
  • Exhibits responsibility and accountability by seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Aspires to grow professionally and build a long-term career.
