Overview

As an integral part of the store management team, the Team Leader supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager by overseeing daily store operations.

Primary Duties

• Lead and manage associates by providing guidance and support.
• Oversee in-store presentation, shelf replenishment, and daily packing/unpacking of shipments.
• Ensure compliance with exceptional customer service standards.
• Perform management tasks during shifts, including handling breaks and attendance.
• Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the store.
• Handle cash management and perform store opening or closing duties as needed.
• Participate in inventory control and training of new employees.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and contribute to hiring and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Motivation to advance within the company.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a high-volume environment.
