Overview
Join the culinary team of a renowned 4-star Grand Hotel in Malahide, currently managed by FBD Hotels & Resorts. This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie with a minimum of two years' experience working in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen environment. Work in a modern, fully equipped kitchen alongside our passionate culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support or sole responsibility for food preparation and service within the restaurant, bar, and banquet outlets, delivering creative dishes under the leadership of the Head Chef.
- Ensure strict compliance with H.A.C.C.P. standards and other relevant food safety regulations.
- Mentor, develop, and expand our team of Commi Chefs, fostering a strong kitchen workforce.
- Assist the Head Chef with menu development and contribute to achieving the hotel’s gross profit goals through effective menu planning and execution.
- Manage kitchen operations autonomously during absences of the Head Chef or Sous Chefs.
