About the Role

Join W Sydney as a Chef de Partie specializing in our BTWN Breakfast outlet, known as our Signature Restaurant. We are looking for someone passionate about quality food, eager to expand their culinary career, and experienced in working with high-quality ingredients. This role focuses on the pastry section, requiring creativity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute chef duties efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
• Operate cohesively both independently and within a diverse, dynamic kitchen team.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing and disinfecting kitchen areas, equipment, and tools.
• Adhere strictly to company safety policies, report any hazards or accidents immediately, and complete all necessary safety training.
• Collaborate actively with kitchen colleagues to produce innovative, flavourful dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within premium hotels or restaurants.
• Strong organizational capabilities combined with a robust work ethic.
• Passion for food and readiness to showcase culinary skills under pressure.
• Excellent communication abilities and reliability.
• Availability for overnight shifts including weekends and public holidays as per operational demand.
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and a high standard of kitchen hygiene.
