Chartered Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Chartered Accountant located in Pune Division to oversee and manage daily accounting operations and financial functions. Responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and ensuring precise bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliance and regulatory filings including tax submissions.
• Coordinate audit processes efficiently with internal and external auditors.
• Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards such as Ind AS and IFRS.
• Support budgeting and forecasting procedures, analyze financial performance, and provide meaningful insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal controls and financial workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to streamline financial planning and reporting activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership in a professional accounting body.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, corporate taxation, audit coordination, and compliance requirements.
• Experienced with accounting software, ERP systems, advanced Excel capabilities, and financial modeling techniques.
• Ability to generate and interpret management reports, supporting strategic budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills able to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the media or marketing sectors is beneficial but not essential.

Additional Information

Salary offered is up to 800000 per annum. Candidates should have approximately one year of relevant experience and be CA finalists or qualified.
