Change Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced IT Change Managers skilled in ITIL, ITSM, and CAB governance to oversee and coordinate production changes in alignment with Change Management policies, ITIL best practices, and service level agreements (SLAs). This position is crucial for ensuring well-managed planning, approvals, communication, risk evaluations, and change implementations to minimize operational disruptions and maintain strict compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of production change governance and approval processes.
• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, execution, and communication of changes with relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, securing timely sanctioning of changes.
• Conduct risk evaluation and impact analysis for scheduled and emergency changes.
• Ensure adherence to vulnerability remediation protocols and change restriction policies.
• Maintain thorough records of changes, governance documentation, and prepare for audits.
• Work collaboratively with Configuration Management teams to ensure accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Lead initiatives for continuous enhancement of Change Management workflows and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

• At least seven years of comprehensive experience in IT roles.
• Between three to five years of direct, practical exposure to Change Management within large enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing CAB governance, risk analysis, and coordinating production changes.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow platform, CMDB, and change governance processes.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level production changes and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Mandatory ITIL Foundation certification; ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional certifications are a plus.
• Preferred ServiceNow certification.
