Job Overview

The Category Management team is central to Urban Company's operations, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution. We seek driven self-starters who are ready to tackle challenges and contribute directly to our growth.

As a Category Management Associate, you will oversee strategic projects impacting business growth with full ownership of your category's priorities. You will gain comprehensive exposure to all business facets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally. Key responsibilities cover understanding markets deeply and managing the journey of services end-to-end, including sourcing and onboarding professionals, developing training programs to enhance quality, identifying new market opportunities, launching services, and designing customer experiences that foster loyalty.

The role requires balancing analytical deep dives to distill insights with practical execution on the ground.

Candidate Requirements

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident status
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 0-2 years relevant experience in a comparable role
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities
• Proactive mindset with strong execution skills and a drive to complete tasks
• Excellent organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently
• Strong analytical skills capable of solving complex quantitative problems
