Job Context and Environment

This position is based at the Fashion Boutique located in The Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, you will be entrusted with handling payments according to company policies, ensuring all transactions are secure and compliant.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service by creating a personalized and exceptional experience throughout the cashiering process.
• Efficiently manage all cashier-related operations using the internal transaction systems.
• Maintain comprehensive client information by accurately creating and updating accounts as per established procedures.
• Ensure proper management of client accounts through regular reconciliation of transactions and balances.
• Process payments, refunds, exchanges, and other point-of-sale operations accurately using internal platforms.
• Conduct opening and closing cash procedures, deactivate RFID tag sales, and provide end-of-day reports to the duty manager.
• Strictly follow Anti-Money Laundering policies, perform rigorous sanctions screening, and submit relevant reports to the Legal team.

• Deliver a premium customer experience in cooperation with Fashion Advisors.
• Ensure precise and timely cashiering activities, seamless reconciliations, and accurate reporting to support smooth boutique operations.
• Comply fully with all CHANEL procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Competencies and Requirements

• Prior cashier experience particularly within retail, with preference for exposure to luxury brand environments.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
