Cart Attendant

Position Overview

As a Cart Attendant at our Walmart Supercenter in Harrisburg, PA, you will play a vital role in shaping customers' initial and final impressions of our store. Your duties will include retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot, operating machinery to transport carts inside, and keeping carts clean and sanitary. This role demands a positive demeanor regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, guaranteed to meet or exceed the local minimum wage.
• Additional incentives may be awarded annually or quarterly based on performance.
• Extra pay premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can apply depending on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks. Multiple premiums may stack if eligibility criteria are met.

Work Schedule

Full-time employment with shifts available during opening and morning hours.
