Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000

Candidate Profile

• Excellent organizational skills and a people-centered mindset
• Detail-oriented with confidence managing fast-paced environments
• Must have at least 12 months remaining legal right to work within the UK
• Possession of a full UK driving licence and personal vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care by matching appropriate carers to clients and organizing detailed care schedules
• Assist in initiating new care packages to meet client needs
• Manage staff rotas ensuring uninterrupted care provision
• Maintain clear communication channels with families and healthcare providers
• Document employee availability, absences, and handle emergency communications
• Provide out-of-hours on-call support during evenings and weekends as needed
