CAFM Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CAFM Specialist to join our team at Khidmah in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing computer-aided facility management (CAFM) and computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) to support maintenance and facilities management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize CAFM/CMMS platforms to coordinate maintenance tasks effectively.
• Oversee and handle preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of assets and their maintenance history.
• Generate detailed reports and manage data efficiently.
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is mandatory for this position.
• Prior experience working with CAFM or CMMS systems is essential.
• Background in facilities management and maintenance operations is required.
• Proven ability in managing work orders and maintenance activities.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining asset and maintenance records.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
