About the Role
Ouna is a newly launched cafe in Indiranagar, Bangalore, specializing exclusively in matcha drinks. We are seeking a warm and friendly individual to join us as our first team member. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing matcha beverages, welcoming and serving customers, handling billing operations, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the cafe, and assisting with inventory management as well as daily opening and closing tasks in a small, cozy cafe with a 7-seat capacity.
Responsibilities
- Learn and prepare matcha drinks with full training provided, including whisking and recipe knowledge.
- Greet and serve customers warmly and attentively.
- Manage billing procedures accurately.
- Ensure the cafe remains clean and well-organized at all times.
- Assist in managing stock and executing daily opening and closing routines.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Personal traits should include warmth, kindness, and an authentic enjoyment of interacting with people.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.

Additional Information

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month, dependent on suitability.
