Cafe Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations at our cafe located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the cafe and lead the team effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Monitor sales performance along with inventory and stock management.
• Maintain consistent food quality, cleanliness, and service excellence.
• Plan and manage staff schedules to guarantee smooth cafe operations.
• Work towards meeting sales targets and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹26,000 per month, based on experience.
