Cafe Executive

About the Role

The Cafe Executive will oversee the cafe's day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while delivering excellent food and beverage services. This role requires managing staff, addressing customer concerns promptly, and maintaining financial health through effective resource management. The executive will supervise the team to uphold high standards in food quality, presentation, and service aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations to guarantee efficiency and productivity.
• Provide exceptional food and beverage service, responding quickly to customer complaints to enhance satisfaction and maintain positive reviews.
• Manage both front and back of house operations, schedule shifts, and ensure adherence to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Continuously assess product quality, explore new vendor options, and uphold the cafe’s reputation.
• Forecast requirements for supplies, kitchen tools, and cleaning materials to ensure uninterrupted functioning.
• Monitor operational expenses, implement waste reduction strategies, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Enhance brand presence locally through word-of-mouth and events, suggesting strategies to broaden reach.
• Train new and existing employees on customer service standards and enforce operational policies.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance activities to keep equipment operational.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Strong expertise in food and beverage operations management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
• Flexibility regarding work location.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
