  • Assist in handling Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processing and follow-up.
  • Ensure that pricing details and part specifications are correctly captured with every PO issuance.
  • Handle a substantial volume of purchase orders, managing over 50 POs per commodity manager and approximately 100 in total.

  • Manage a large workload efficiently through structured procurement processes.
  • Engage regularly with cross-functional teams and supplier networks.
  • Undergo onsite training initially, transitioning to around two days per week remote work after onboarding.
  • Gain familiarity with manufacturing processes and supplier ecosystems.
  • Work hours are primarily on the second shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain support roles.
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree is a must.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly D365 or Microsoft AX.

  • Comfortable and effective working independently, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with persistent follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of NCR procedures and quality management workflows.
  • Prior exposure to Exflow or equivalent accounts payable/invoice automation software.
  • Experience managing communications and coordination with suppliers.

Desired Personal Attributes

  • Self-reliant with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrates accountability and consistent follow-through.
  • Team player willing to support colleagues.
  • Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable under fast-changing, process-dependent circumstances.
