Role Overview
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative in the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region based in Australia, your primary objective will be to build and expand HiBob’s presence within large enterprise accounts of 1,000+ employees. This involves crafting targeted outreach initiatives and engaging with key stakeholders across multiple departments to generate qualified sales opportunities that align with complex purchasing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise prospecting by developing innovative campaigns to reach relevant decision-makers.
- Establish authentic and meaningful connections with prospects, demonstrating how HiBob solutions can improve their businesses.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding journeys for new clients, ensuring seamless initial experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to strategize territory plans, map stakeholders, and tailor engagement approaches.
- Generate a qualified outbound sales pipeline within targeted enterprise accounts.
- Carry out detailed account research to understand organizational structure, transformation objectives, and map buying groups.
- Leverage multiple communication channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns to engage prospects strategically.
- Utilize advanced sales technologies to identify in-market enterprise accounts and streamline personalized outreach.
- Maintain consistent follow-up during long enterprise sales cycles, adapting outreach based on feedback and account progression.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine sales tactics and improve content.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience in lead generation or outbound sales roles.
- Strong enthusiasm for or background working in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- A self-motivated, reliable individual with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude combined with creative thinking.
- Ability to shift priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic sales environment.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator platforms.
- Experience or interest in human resources technology or platforms related to HR.
