About the Role
A prestigious international law firm based in Dublin City is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their established and dynamic team. This position offers the chance to collaborate with international offices and senior management to drive business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of business development and marketing strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop and refine strategic approaches.
- Prepare firm partners for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure consistent and aligned communications.
- Monitor market trends and movements to inform and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Leverage influence to motivate change and guide operational decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Possesses between three and five years of experience in a comparable role or equivalent senior executive positions.
- Has prior experience in sectors such as Law, Accountancy, Finance, or Banking.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delegating tasks to direct reports.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail and excellent capability to prioritize competing demands.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary starting at €85,000 annually.
- Comprehensive total compensation package up to €110,000 including benefits such as a non-contributory pension, performance bonuses, annual reviews, gym facilities, canteen access, bike-to-work scheme, travel tax benefits, and a healthcare program.
