Business Development Manager

Overview

V-Soft Consulting Group is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves expanding V-Soft’s presence by conveying our comprehensive value proposition to promising clients in an under-explored market segment. The ideal candidate will assess clients’ complete business requirements and offer integrated solutions including strategic staffing, digital technology services, and infrastructure to address tangible business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth by delivering tailored solutions that blend staffing, digital services, and technology infrastructure to meet each customer's unique needs.
• Achieve measurable outcomes such as increasing gross margin, acquiring new clients, expanding current accounts, and maintaining precise sales forecasts and pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with a top-tier digital marketing team to identify and engage untapped prospective clients.
• Work with global subject-matter experts to customize solutions that outperform competitors’ offerings.

Experience and Education

• Minimum three years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
• Proven track record of building a profitable portfolio with success in both new customer acquisition and growth within existing accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales intelligence tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
