Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business by generating leads, acquiring clients, conducting meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and finalizing contracts. Additionally, this position involves managing ongoing client relationships and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Engage potential clients through presentations and negotiations leading to contract closures.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through effective account management.
• Support business development activities by attending meetings and preparing proposals.
• Travel locally within Nagpur to meet clients as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Prior exposure to security or facility management sectors is advantageous.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications, email, and CRM software.
• Graduation is preferred, however, candidates with relevant experience might be considered.
• Fresh graduates from marketing backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Work Location and Type

Position is full-time and requires on-site presence at Nagpur.
