Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Raipur team. This role involves direct interaction with candidates, facilitating admissions, ensuring documentation compliance, and maintaining coordination across departments to support student onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting counseling sessions with prospective candidates visiting the campus, guiding them about the admission process, and providing prompt feedback to branch offices.
- Verifying candidate eligibility criteria thoroughly.
- Collaborating with accounts and student support teams to ensure all documents and payments are up to date.
- Addressing and resolving student inquiries efficiently.
- Preparing and submitting fortnightly admission cancellation reports and associated documents to the university.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Experience of 6 months to 1 year in sales, preferably within the EdTech or education sectors.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
Work Schedule and Location
The position is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Sundays are weekly holidays.
Compensation
The offered package ranges between INR 1.4 lakh to 2.5 lakh annually, with attractive incentives awarded based on overall skill performance.
