Business Development Executive - Accounting Software

Position Overview

Velox Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the accounting software segment. This is a full-time on-site role based in Subidhanagar, Tinkune, Kathmandu. The salary is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and cultivate new business prospects related to accounting software services.
• Lead generation through calling, networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate software products.
• Conduct detailed demonstrations of the software and highlight important features to potential customers.
• Follow up diligently on prospects to successfully convert them into paying clients.
• Offer fundamental support on product usage and address client software queries.
• Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to resolve any customer concerns.
• Maintain robust relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Keep accurate records of lead generation, sales activity, client feedback, and follow-up communication.
• Stay well informed on the latest accounting software functionalities and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in sales and support of accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, inventory, taxation, or business management software.
• Excellent verbal and presentation communication, negotiation capabilities.
• Strong skills in customer service and problem-solving.
• Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and client engagement sessions.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn continually.
• Capable of working independently and also collaborating effectively within a team.
