About the Role
Champions Junior College / Champions Academy is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive or Associate to bolster student enrollments and enhance connections with parents and schools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting academic programs such as JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses in Pune (Bavdhan).
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and generate student leads by visiting schools, organizing seminars, forging school partnerships, and leveraging referrals.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students and parents about academic options and career planning.
- Conduct outbound tele-counseling to parents to encourage walk-in inquiries.
- Convert prospective inquiries into confirmed admissions by following up effectively.
- Deliver seminars, presentations, and promotional events within schools to raise program awareness.
- Establish and sustain positive relationships with school authorities and partner organizations.
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets consistently.
- Maintain precise records of leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions.
- Facilitate collaboration with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Familiarity with the educational sector, preferably related to JEE/NEET coaching.
- Highly target-oriented with strong self-motivation.
- Professional approach in handling interactions with parents and students.
- Basic computer proficiency including Excel, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp communication.
