Business Development Executive

About the Role

Mehaboob Software Solutions is seeking motivated Business Development Executives to join their expanding team. This position is ideal for recent BBA graduates or freshers interested in sales, business development, and the IT sector. It involves working from the company office located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming leads generated via Meta Ads and various digital marketing platforms.
• Engage potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Assess and comprehend basic client needs.
• Present and explain the company's Website Development, Software Development, and Digital Marketing service offerings.
• Follow up persistently with prospects who show interest.
• Arrange client meetings and facilitate further discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager regarding quotations and project-related discussions.
• Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed projects.

Candidate Requirements

• BBA graduates or freshers are preferred candidates.
• Strong communication ability, especially in English.
• Basic proficiency with computer use.
• Positive attitude with confidence and eagerness to learn.
• Genuine interest in sales and business development roles.
• Willingness to acquire knowledge about IT services.

Compensation and Other Details

The position offers a monthly salary of ₹10,000 along with performance-based incentives. This is a full-time, office-based position with multiple openings available. Candidates who demonstrate good performance will have opportunities for salary increments and career progression within the company.
