About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via telephone and other modes of communication.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Clearly and professionally articulate product and service offerings.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Keep detailed records of all customer engagements and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet both personal and team objectives.
• Attend training to enhance communication and sales capabilities.
• Contribute towards overall business expansion goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be graduates or final-year students.
• Open to candidates without prior work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in client interactions.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is beneficial.
