Business Analyst

Position Summary

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in driving digital transformation initiatives and modernizing enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at facilitating Agile practices and proficient in key analysis tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, applying Scrum or Kanban methodologies effectively.
• Utilize platforms such as JIRA and Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.
• Analyze data using SQL to support informed decision-making.
• Manage communications between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Deliver comprehensive enterprise-grade solutions particularly in public sector or regulated environments.

Candidate Requirements

• Between three to five years of experience as a Business Analyst prominently in digital transformation or enterprise system updates.
• Demonstrated expertise with Agile frameworks and facilitation of related ceremonies.
• Strong command of JIRA, Confluence, and SQL for documentation and data processing.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical language into business context.
• Experience delivering complex projects in regulated or public sector domains.
• Certification credentials like PMP, ScrumMaster, or ITIL are strongly advantageous.
