About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Building Maintenance Associate to support general upkeep and maintenance at a local hotel in Crossville, TN. This is a full-time, on-site position with a flexible schedule that adjusts according to business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Replacing light bulbs and handling minor electrical tasks
- Performing painting and touch-up work to maintain facility appearance
- Conducting routine building repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of hotel premises
- Assisting with various maintenance projects as they arise
