About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Building Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Canada, serving the Northeast Avalon region for over 35 years. This full-time position offers afternoon and evening shifts and requires an individual with enthusiasm and a positive mindset who takes pride in delivering quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors across various commercial spaces.
- Sanitizing and replenishing supplies in washrooms to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Performing dusting tasks and spot cleaning to preserve a neat environment.
- Collecting and disposing of garbage responsibly.
- Cleaning kitchen areas to ensure sanitary conditions.
Candidate Profile
This role demands a self-motivated individual who is disciplined and is comfortable working collaboratively within a team setting without needing close supervision. Reliable transportation to reach the work location is essential, alongside a clean criminal record. A valid driver's license is mandatory as this position involves a van route.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The work hours are Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The remuneration for this position is set at $19.50 per hour.
