Primary Responsibilities

• Address customer questions and manage complaints effectively
• Sort refundable products following Encrop Pacific processing guidelines
• Inform customers about the range of accepted recyclable products
• Prepare, package, and load materials for transportation
• Identify and resolve issues related to product processing
• Maintain and expand knowledge on evolving recycling return programs

Required Skills and Competencies

• Experience in customer service with cash handling background
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
• Experience operating forklifts
• Positive, professional communication both written and verbal
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and familiarity with local geography
• Industry knowledge considered an advantage

Physical and Environmental Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift frequently outdoors (approximately 90% of the time)
• Capable of lifting up to 65 pounds regularly and pushing or moving up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Regular exposure to noisy, humid, wet, hot, or cold outdoor conditions depending on season
• Work environment may involve interacting with moving machinery, vibrations, and exposure to chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles
