About the Role
Programmed Industrial Maintenance is currently recruiting skilled Boilermakers for their Muswellbrook workshop, offering day and afternoon shifts. This role involves hands-on work with industrial equipment involving light to medium repairs and fabrication, providing both scheduled and emergency workshop support to clients and operational teams. The position is based in the Muswellbrook workshop with occasional onsite support opportunities, and emphasizes a strong team culture focused on collaboration and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a range of industrial equipment
- Execute light to medium fabrication tasks
- Deliver scheduled and unscheduled workshop support
- Potentially provide onsite assistance as required
- Contribute to a positive and safety-conscious team environment
Requirements
- Trade Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication
- Proven ability to weld according to AS1554 using FCAW, MMAW, and GMAW techniques
- Strong dedication to workplace safety protocols
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must successfully complete Order 45 Coal Services Health Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
Preferred but not mandatory qualifications
- Confined Space certification
- High-Risk Licenses such as Dogging and Forklift operation
