Role Overview

We are seeking a Blockchain Consultant to contribute to advisory, research, and strategy engagements focused on blockchain technologies, Web3 ecosystems, digital assets, and decentralized business frameworks. This full-time, remote position based in Singapore involves delivering blockchain consulting, shaping Web3 strategic initiatives, driving digital transformation, and supporting implementation of decentralized applications and cutting-edge technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on blockchain platforms, including smart contract frameworks, Web3 infrastructure, digital assets, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, and decentralized apps.
• Provide support for consulting initiatives centered on blockchain applications, digital transformation, Web3 strategies, operational enhancements, and emerging tech adoption.
• Develop advisory documentation, market analysis reports, blockchain strategy materials, use case overviews, ecosystem mappings, and professional client reports.
• Keep abreast of developments in layer-1 and layer-2 blockchains, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions, DeFi ecosystems, digital identity projects, tokenization efforts, and startup innovations in Web3.
• Evaluate opportunities in smart contracts, decentralized finance, token economies, blockchain infrastructure, digital identity, supply chain solutions, payment systems, and process innovation.
• Collaborate within teams on research deliverables, strategic planning, client presentation materials, technical workshops, and blockchain implementation roadmaps.
• Maintain well-organized research databases, project tracking, ecosystem directories, use case libraries, competitive analyses, and blockchain knowledge resources.
• Effectively communicate blockchain principles, Web3 potentials, technical risks, and business impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated strong enthusiasm for blockchain consulting, Web3 strategy, decentralized technologies, digital currencies, smart contracts, DeFi, and emerging technology integration.
• Knowledge of blockchain networks, enterprise blockchain platforms, Web3 applications, digital asset environments, tokenization concepts, decentralized finance, or experience in technology consulting.
• Understanding of blockchain basics such as wallets, transactions, smart contracts, consensus algorithms, token functions, decentralized apps, and Web3 business frameworks.
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytic platforms, DeFi dashboards, GitHub repositories, technical documentation, market research tools, or consulting methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong skills in research, analysis, communication, problem-solving, and presentations.
• Ability to translate complex blockchain trends, technical knowledge, market insights, and business opportunities into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Comfort with autonomous work in a remote setting while handling multiple consulting, research, and strategy tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in blockchain projects, technology consulting, financial technology, digital transformation initiatives, software development products, crypto research, or active involvement in Web3 communities is beneficial.

Compensation Details

The remuneration for this position ranges from SGD 100,000 to SGD 115,000 annually, commensurate with the candidate's experience level.
