Job description
Role Overview
The BIM Manager will lead the development, management, and upkeep of comprehensive 3D digital models for infrastructure projects and related structures. These models encapsulate intricate design, construction, and performance data, serving as an essential resource throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and building phases to ongoing operation and upkeep. This role ensures all stakeholders have precise, real-time visualization of construction activities and requirements.
Key Skills and Credentials
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in BIM modeling, supported by a robust portfolio demonstrating capability.
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Civil 3D, with proficiency in BIM platforms such as BIM360 and Trimble Connect.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail to manage complex project information effectively.
