This role presents a chance to contribute to one of Saudi Arabia's most significant programs, involving a large-scale mixed-use development encompassing sports venues, entertainment centers, arts facilities, and all necessary infrastructure.

As one of the delivery partners, Mace seeks accomplished professionals capable of leading integrated teams across every project phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project delivery groups across the entire lifecycle by fostering effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while coordinating tasks and governance activities.
• Develop, review, and implement BIM Execution Plans and Information Requirements, adhering strictly to ISO 19650 standards.
• Oversee information security measures, Common Data Environment operations, and assurance protocols to guarantee secure, accurate, and compliant information exchanges.
• Lead quality assurance and control processes for Information Models to ensure consistency and adherence to project and organizational guidelines.
• Create and sustain BIM object libraries, standards, methodologies, procedures, and shared assets that align with the overall BIM strategy.
• Support construction sequencing, digital project handovers, and cost planning by leveraging information models and efficient data management.
• Investigate, assess, and apply new BIM technologies, classification systems, and innovative digital tools to improve project performance and efficiency.
• Provide BIM training, facilitate knowledge sharing, and lead capability development sessions for clients, project managers, and design teams, promoting adherence to organizational best practices and processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree-level qualification (Level 6 or equivalent) in a related discipline.
• Hold a bachelor's degree with honours or an equivalent advanced higher education qualification.
