Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the billing cycle for oil and gas projects, ensuring invoices are prepared and submitted accurately and promptly to customers.
- Perform quantity surveying tasks encompassing cost estimation, rate analysis, and expense control to enhance the financial performance of projects.
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee adherence to project specifications and requirements.
- Partner with planning engineers to create precise estimates concerning refinery operating and maintenance activities.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination among all parties involved during the billing stages.
