Job Overview

As a Bellperson/Valet at our Calgary location, you are the first and last welcoming face to our guests, providing a memorable experience during their arrival and departure. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest service by assisting with vehicle parking, luggage handling, and offering local information, setting a positive and professional tone throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests by safely parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Handle guest luggage efficiently and with care, ensuring minimal wait times.
• Provide information about local attractions and answer guest queries.
• Manage operational tasks such as processing guest requests and completing necessary reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company policies and quality standards.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines to represent the company professionally.
• Physically capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 pounds independently, and over 75 pounds with assistance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate standard vehicles safely.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience is necessary.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, confidentiality, and company procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position located at 320 4th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta. The role involves standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods and requires physical fitness to handle luggage and assist guests effectively.
