Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service, embodying the Hy-Tec brand values
• Process orders promptly, complete sales transactions, and prepare concrete batches according to specified mix formulations
• Manage rostering and coordinate truck logistics utilizing relevant software systems
• Ensure adherence to Chain of Responsibility compliance standards
• Place orders for required raw materials efficiently

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Previous experience in comparable roles is advantageous, alongside proficiency with computer systems such as Command or Jonel batching software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base
• Experience operating plant equipment; familiarity with Front End Loader (FEL) operations preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic work setting
