Bartender

Position Overview

As a bartender at Germain Hôtels, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving drinks that delight our guests, combining expert preparation with excellent interpersonal communication. This role suits someone passionate about both classic and innovative beverages, capable of engaging guests with knowledge on beers and wines, and eager to provide tailored service in an inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve drinks and light food items closely aligned with guests' tastes, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure all bar supplies meet health and safety standards.
• Keep the bar area and all equipment spotless and well-organized throughout shifts.
• Adhere strictly to applicable laws and regulations concerning alcohol service.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of high school or equivalent educational experience.
• Between one and two years of bartending experience.
• Proficient multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS (cash register) systems.
