Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Baker who enjoys crafting fresh-baked bread and believes in made-from-scratch food. This role involves maintaining sanitation standards while producing food that meets Texas Roadhouse's high-quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
• Prepare food items per Texas Roadhouse quality standards.
• Bake our signature fresh bread daily.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour. Employees are compensated weekly. After one year of service and meeting eligibility criteria, Roadies become eligible for one of the most competitive total rewards packages in the industry, including:
