Azure AI Solution Architect

Overview

EPAM is looking for a highly qualified AI Solution Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions utilizing Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services to automate and improve system maintenance notifications through advanced AI methods such as text generation, classification, and validation. You'll be engaged throughout the product lifecycle from initial design through to deployment, ensuring smooth integration and continual enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scalable, secure, and cloud-native architecture that employs Azure AI and OpenAI technologies, overseeing implementation to meet business goals and industry standards.
• Build automated workflows for classification, validation, and AI-generated text suggestions leveraging Azure AI.
• Integrate AI technologies into current systems to improve communication channels and data processing.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to enable continuous integration and delivery.
• Monitor deployed cloud solutions and suggest enhancements in performance, cost management, and security.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security protocols and industry regulations across all cloud services.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical specifications, providing expert guidance and architectural recommendations focused on cloud modernization and optimization.
• Lead proof of concept projects to validate and demonstrate feasibility of proposed AI solutions ensuring successful outcomes.
• Keep updated with the latest advancements in Azure technologies and advocate for innovative generative AI cloud solutions that deliver competitive business advantages.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure encompassing solution design, implementation, and cloud management.
• 2 to 3 years experience specifically with AI and generative AI technologies, focusing on Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services.
• Strong expertise in architecting, deploying, and managing Azure AI and Azure OpenAI solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure architectures, services, and best practices.
• Solid grasp of natural language processing (NLP) and automated text generation techniques.
• Proficient in designing serverless architectures and implementing AI-driven automation.
• Practical skills with CI/CD and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles within cloud environments.
• Certification as an Azure Solutions Architect Expert or relevant Azure credentials.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Capable analytical thinker and problem solver, experienced in leading projects and managing multi-stakeholder collaborations.
