Auction Valuer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Auction Valuer to join our expanding team remotely, while periodically working on the road. This role is ideal for property professionals possessing strong local market insight, an existing professional network, and the drive to expand their territory under a respected property brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and secure property and land listings for auction sales using both traditional and innovative auction methods.
• Build and nurture a network of introducers, including estate agents, commercial representatives, solicitors, and traders.
• Conduct thorough auction appraisals and property valuations.
• Assist and encourage prospective buyers throughout the auction process.
• Handle enquiries professionally via phone and email, supported by administrative assistance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance income, brand presence, and market share in your designated territory.
• Create marketing materials such as video tours to promote listings.
• Leverage existing digital and social media platforms to boost marketing and brand visibility.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels including phone, email, online, and video communication.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for cultivating relationships, generating leads, and maintaining high service standards.
• Strong organizational skills and confidence in representing the brand locally.
• Previous experience in the property industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Possession of a valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Solid knowledge of the local Sheffield area and surroundings.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and committed to achieving results.
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
