About the Organization
Galenor is an expanding global entity specializing in workforce management, human resources operations, and operational efficiency. The organization operates collaboratively across departments such as HR, Payroll, Workforce Administration, Operations, and Business Support, ensuring precise attendance oversight and seamless employee administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily attendance tracking and workforce monitoring activities effectively.
- Ensuring maintenance of accurate records for employee attendance and associated trackers.
- Liaising closely with departments including Human Resources, Payroll, Workforce Administration, Operations, and Business Support.
- Analyzing attendance information to detect anomalies and coordinating necessary follow-ups.
- Managing updates related to leaves, shift rotations, and attendance modifications.
- Compiling attendance reports, maintaining dashboards, and updating operational documentation.
- Supporting payroll processes by verifying attendance data when required.
- Addressing standard inquiries from employees concerning attendance records promptly.
- Monitoring attendance-related key performance indicators and preparing reports for management.
- Assisting in resolving conflicts or issues related to attendance and scheduling.
- Maintaining thorough record-keeping and overseeing document control systems.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within attendance management functions.
- Upholding accuracy and uniformity in workforce administrative procedures.
- Supporting cross-departmental tasks involving HR and payroll projects.
- Keeping up to date with best practices in attendance management and HR administration.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
- Possesses between 1 to 3 years of experience in areas such as attendance management, HR administration, payroll support, or workforce coordination.
- Familiar with workforce administration and attendance tracking processes.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll software, attendance systems, or Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
- Knowledge about shift scheduling, leave administration, timesheets, or payroll coordination is considered an asset.
- Able to operate autonomously and collaborate with diverse international teams.
- Experience with UAE or GCC HR frameworks is favorable but not mandatory.
- Holding any relevant HR or payroll certification is advantageous but not required.
