Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the product roadmap for enterprise supply chain software throughout its lifecycle.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including engineering, functional teams, and client success to shape the product vision, generate and validate ideas, and oversee the product from early stages to maturity.
- Manage requirements gathering, maintain a long-term product backlog, define release scopes, create user stories, and coordinate with engineering managers to execute ideation through launch.
- Establish and monitor key product success metrics, facilitate product adoption, and integrate client feedback into continuous development.
- Identify and manage risks, including technical issues, maintain risk registers, and communicate status regularly to stakeholders.
- Estimate and monitor product development and operational costs, providing insights to leadership, finance, and sales teams.
- Work closely with UX designers to deliver superior user experiences that enhance engagement and adoption.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum six years' experience in enterprise product management, preferably within supply chain, ERP, or human capital management products.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly in software estimation and reporting, with experience using Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a focus on user experience, design quality, and usability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
