About Mace and the Project

This position involves engagement in a significant mixed-use development located in Riyadh. The program encompasses over 200 projects including cultural and heritage sites, food and beverage venues, retail outlets, hotels, commercial offices, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee risk management activities ensuring effective frameworks and strategies across assigned commissions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and key subject matter expert, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide direction to clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on all matters related to risk management.
- Perform quantitative analyses of risk including cost and schedule assessments; advise on contingency allocations during reporting periods.
- Ensure all operations comply with Mace Control Centre standards, client requirements, and current legal regulations.
- Offer line management, mentorship, and guidance supporting the career growth of junior risk managers.
- Drive innovation by integrating industry best practices to enhance service delivery and excellence.
- Promote sustainability initiatives by embedding carbon risk management into project execution to support the net zero transition.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in risk management within complex construction projects.
- Expertise in risk-related tools, methodologies, and reporting software.
- Strong abilities in planning, data analysis, and communications.
- Relevant academic degree complemented by chartered status or recognition by a professional body.
