Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand client research inquiries to identify and recruit subject matter experts from a vast network spanning different industries and regions.
• Engage potential Advisors through phone and professional outreach channels, effectively communicating the relevance of project opportunities.
• Screen and assess expert suitability, preparing professional profiles for clients.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with team members and Advisors, fostering a team-driven work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement is mandatory.
• Motivation to thrive in a sales or lead generation role that is driven by KPIs and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to perform in a fast-moving, results-focused workplace.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with professionals at all levels.
