Job Overview

We seek an Associate CAD Manager – Agri (D) to join our Retail Asset Operations team. This position entails managing daily transactions related to Retail Banking products including onboarding, setting limits, disbursement processing, and managing MIS reports. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies while supporting reporting and stakeholder coordination is vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding procedures for Retail Banking products.
• Manage limit setup and disbursement tasks accurately within stipulated turnaround times.
• Maintain and update MIS reports pertinent to limit setups and disbursement activities.
• Ensure zero-error execution of all operations adherence to internal policies.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of retail banking processes and systems.
• Collect, analyze, and present data from stakeholders for regulatory reporting purposes.
• Deliver data insights and presentations to senior management and external entities using MS Office tools.
• Engage with vendors such as legal, technical teams, and Registrar of Companies to coordinate necessary tasks.
• Prepare presentations for internal reviews and contribute analytical support for projects.

Candidate Profile

• A graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• At least two years of relevant experience in retail asset operations or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Competent in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.
