About the Role
Join Pandora as an Assistant Store Manager in Osnabrück, where you will be immersed in a vibrant environment combining exquisite jewelry with meaningful customer interactions. Working Hours & Schedule
The position requires working 40 hours per week, covering all days from Monday to Saturday. This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite in Osnabrück.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in enhancing their personal style with Pandora's jewelry collections.
- Create memorable emotional experiences for customers through attentive sales, consulting, and support.
- Support sales activities, customer consultation, and background store planning to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Candidate Profile
- Customer-service oriented mindset with strong initiative and dedication.
- Creative approach combined with proactive commitment.
- Enjoy working with people and fostering positive relationships.
- Previous experience in a similar assistant management role in retail.
- Background in retail sales is essential.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising is beneficial.
- Familiarity with using business performance indicators is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in English language is required.
