Working Hours & Schedule

The position requires working 40 hours per week, covering all days from Monday to Saturday. This is a permanent, full-time role based onsite in Osnabrück.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in enhancing their personal style with Pandora's jewelry collections.
• Create memorable emotional experiences for customers through attentive sales, consulting, and support.
• Support sales activities, customer consultation, and background store planning to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Candidate Profile

• Customer-service oriented mindset with strong initiative and dedication.
• Creative approach combined with proactive commitment.
• Enjoy working with people and fostering positive relationships.
• Previous experience in a similar assistant management role in retail.
• Background in retail sales is essential.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising is beneficial.
• Familiarity with using business performance indicators is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in English language is required.
