Role Overview
We are in search of a highly organized and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Newbridge, County Kildare. This permanent role involves overseeing day-to-day store operations, leading and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service while driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales figures, key performance indicators, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Assist the Store Manager in devising and implementing business strategies that meet sales goals.
- Maintain compelling visual merchandising and product displays aligned with brand standards to maximize sales impact.
- Lead and support a diverse and engaged team, providing clear communication, feedback, and ongoing development conversations.
- Serve as a role model for company values by fostering a culture of ambition, care, and accountability.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by sharing detailed product knowledge, storytelling, and upholding service standards.
- Manage customer issues professionally and ensure satisfaction during escalated interactions.
- Assist with daily operational responsibilities such as scheduling, stock management, till operations, security, health and safety, and compliance matters.
- Plan staffing requirements according to commercial activities and seasonal fluctuations.
- Ensure that both the shop floor and stock control meet high standards for operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability within a retail environment.
- Demonstrated passion and aptitude for coaching teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and adaptable skills tailored to a dynamic retail setting.
- Energetic, positive attitude with an enthusiasm for Pandora's products and values.
- Commitment to personal and team development and a readiness to embrace constructive feedback.

Working Hours and Conditions
This full-time permanent position requires availability seven days a week (Monday through Sunday) covering 39 hours weekly.
