You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring smooth operation of internal processes. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team, and you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team alongside the Store Manager by making final decisions and promoting a positive atmosphere through excellent communication skills.
• Identify individual talents and potential within your team and nurture them through targeted training programs.
• coordinate and manage all internal store processes to ensure budget targets and company objectives are met smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to uphold standards, optimize sales floor organization, and enhance revenue.
• Utilize company guidelines and innovative in-house technologies to guarantee efficient merchandise flow and present products attractively.
• Demonstrate leadership by setting an example in customer service and embodying the company’s philosophy.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Comfortable working with numbers; strong analytical skills to evaluate key performance indicators effectively.
• Empathetic leadership style that recognizes and supports team members’ needs, motivating them to excel.
• Organizational excellence combined with outstanding communication abilities to handle diverse situations.
• Several years of managerial experience within retail to quickly grasp and navigate internal structures.
• A deep passion for fashion trends and designers, with substantial knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in both German and English to communicate effectively with an international team.
