Role Overview

This position involves overseeing daily store activities including managing shifts, team deployment, and ensuring optimal store performance in key areas such as sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise everyday store functions, including shift management and efficient staff allocation.
• Promote and drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and meet store key performance indicators.
• Oversee inventory management, product merchandising, billing operations, and control loss prevention measures.
• Ensure the store adheres to cleanliness standards, safety protocols, compliance regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Address and resolve customer issues as well as monitor and improve team productivity.
• Manage shifts autonomously and handle basic reporting tasks.

Required Experience and Background

• 2 to 3 plus years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
• Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in supermarkets or grocery stores.
• Applicants from apparel, fashion, quick-service restaurant, lifestyle, or other retail sectors with strong operations and team management skills are encouraged to apply.
• Basic educational qualifications are acceptable.
