Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to inspire and lead the team effectively.
• Be actively involved in daily operations, maintaining high energy on the grill and dining floor to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Uphold and enhance quality standards to consistently deliver exceptional dining moments.
• Drive team performance by setting targets, developing team capabilities, and celebrating achievements.
• Coach team members to refine their skills across various positions.
• Oversee operational duties with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient management.

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and satisfactorily complete a National Police Check.
